       We have more than 150 workers ,cover land over 20000 square meters.

       NEWBIAO has advanced production line and efficient production capability, including 3 gravity casting lines, we mainly use high quality brass material which included 59% copper for manufacturing,as well as low lead copper specially meeting for the North American market.

       Two professional polishing production lines can perform high-precision grinding and polishing on products. Each product undergoes three polishing processes to guarantee a high surface gloss and enhance durability. These processes ensure that each faucet meets aesthetic and functional standards.

        We adopt CNC automated machining in the production of faucets, the high-precision machining technology ensures the efficiency of production and the high quality of products. Our CNC machines can achieve micron-level accuracy(±0.01-0.05mm),ensuring perfect fitment of threaded parts,seals and joints to prevent leaks. With this advanced technology and precise operation,it is ensured that the size and specification of each product are consistent.
